Exciting first few weeks in Media Arts. All the beginning classes are discovering the energy and creative freedoms found in professional cinematography, editing, sound design, and more. Most days the campus is alive with teams, roaming campus, learning the art of composition, framing, and inevitably, for many their passion for performance and dramatic acting. Yes, most of it at this point is playful and silly, but - baby steps. Next step-Hollywood! Regardless, all are enjoying learning the craft of filmmaking and how films are made. The next project is a favorite-The Music Video. Be sure to inquire of them what they are up to in Mr. Hansen’s Media Arts. They might just give you an earful.
